Craftsmanship in Germany
Every component undergoes meticulous handwork
This process is carried out entirely in Germany, while the original USM Haller production takes place in Switzerland. Our production process consists of three phases and begins directly upon receipt of your order. In total, it takes 10 to 12 weeks.

Disassembly & preparation
Once the order is received, each component is separated, stripped, sanded, and prepared for refinement.

Refinement
Electroplating, lacquering, leatherwork, and metalwork interlock in carefully coordinated steps.
- 03
Assembly & quality inspection
The furniture is assembled, inspected, and delivered as a one-off piece. The entire process takes 10 to 12 weeks.
