A luxury segment
for USM Haller

We are developing a distinct luxury segment for the USM Haller furniture system. To this end, we design system-compatible components from the finest materials, such as leather overlays and inlays, fine wood panels, and our own metalwork, all integrated seamlessly into the construction. Complemented by elaborate chrome finishes and special metallic lacquers, this creates a new level of tactile and visual quality. Our ambition is to develop system furniture into exclusive, sculptural objects.

Every component undergoes meticulous handwork

This process is carried out entirely in Germany, while the original USM Haller production takes place in Switzerland. The ries+kramer® production process consists of three phases and begins directly upon receipt of your order. The entire process takes 10 to 12 weeks.

Piano Black reinterprets the classic USM black. The high-gloss piano lacquer surface creates a distinctive depth of colour, setting it clearly apart from the standard powder coating. Light reflects softly on the surface, giving the module a luxurious presence.

Through an elaborate electroplating process, the USM Haller module receives a brilliantly reflective metal surface in Chrome III. This refinement combines technical excellence with artisanal finesse, turning every module into a collector's piece.

Champagne Metallic is built up from multiple lacquer layers with finely tuned metallic pigmentation. Depending on the light, the pigments create a subtle depth effect, setting it clearly apart from classic solid-colour finishes. A silky-smooth touch with a glossy look.

Premium leather components for USM Haller

Discover our new premium leather inserts and magnetic overlays and inlays made from high-quality Tuscan full-grain leather. Designed exclusively for USM Haller shelving systems. Gently vegetable-tanned with natural tanning agents such as quebracho and chestnut extracts. Finished by hand in our German manufactory. Available online and through selected trade partners in three sizes and six colours.

Magnetic leather overlays for USM Haller in Light beige

Our leather overlay is made to fit precisely onto the USM Haller shelf and is cut from a single piece of full-grain leather. A magnetic underside secures the overlay firmly to the metal surface. Surrounding R+K visible gaps let the shelf show through as a fine accent.

Our leather inlay is placed directly into the USM Haller module and positioned precisely on the shelf surface. A magnetic underside holds the full-grain leather securely in place. Visible gaps around the door hinges and along the front edge let the shelf show through as an accent.

Our leather insert is cut from a single piece of full-grain leather and finished with sewn-on loops. It can be integrated into the system as an insert. Visible gaps between the loops reveal the metal structure and create an accent between system furniture and natural material.
